I completed my qualifications at the Australian College of Massage and Natural Therapies, La Trobe University in Albury Wodonga.
I have been practicing professionally in holistic therapies for over 10 years.

In the past I have worked alongside a variety of health care professionals and assisted with sporting teams, retirement and nursing homes, palliative care patients, amputee patients, beauty therapists, acupuncturists, Chinese herbalists and shiatsu therapists.

Working in harmony with other natural therapists has created an open and intuitive outlook on natural therapies that will further enhance your treatment.

Originally from Wagga Wagga NSW, I was drawn to the sunny and warmer weather of the sunshine coast and now after living here for 9 years, I call it home.

I am blessed in that I am following my dream my life’s purpose through my very own massage clinic.  It is completely fulfilling and rewarding to see how each person that walks through the door leaves, happy, rejuvenated and in a sense of pure bliss and calmness.

As a remedial therapist each treatment is specific to your needs, this is because I treat Massage as a versatile therapy, which can be modified to meet the requirements of each individual.

Treatment concentrates on reducing tension in tired muscles and reducing the amount of lactic acid found in muscles after exercise or stress. Massage is a great way to relieve stress, prevent tension and injury, enhance energy flow, ease fatigue and recharge the body and mind.

There are a number of techniques used to achieve this state of relaxation as explained below:

A firm massage using long flowing techniques to help relieve tension and stress

Swedish Massage

Rejuvenation Massage Therapy has Eftpos facilities including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

We also have a HICAPS terminal, which enables on the spot processing for your Health Fund

The benefits of Massage will do you a world of good, and receiving massage frequently can do even more. Taking part in this form of regularly scheduled self-care can play a huge part in how healthy you'll be and how youthful you'll remain with each passing year.
Budgeting time & money for massage at consistent intervals is truly an investment in your health.

And remember: just because massage feels like a pampering treat doesn't mean it is any less therapeutic.

Consider massage appointments a necessary piece of your health & wellness plan, and work with me to establish a treatment schedule that best meets your needs. Remember to Listen to your body.

Yours in Good Health

The hummingbird: My mantra and belief philosophy

A symbol for accomplishing what seems impossible and will teach you how to find the miracle of joyful living from your own life circumstances.

Hummingbirds are considered to be symbols of peace, love and happiness.

A hummingbird symbolises timeless joy and the Nectar of Life.

They are truly spectacular birds, and have a lot to teach a person about self discovery and healing.

Connective tissue massage which targets stress-prone areas. Stimulates histamine to heal, repair, increase circulation and relieve pain in the tissue

Deep Tissue

A treatment using assisted stretching, kneading and other massage techniques to loosen areas of chronic tension and to help relieve areas before they become chronic

Sports Massage

A trigger point can be described as a tender nodule. It affects not only the muscle where the trigger point is located, but also causes "referred pain" in tissues supplied by nerves. The trigger point is the most tender point in the band. A press and release technique is used to relieve and deactivate the nodule using finger pressure. this technique is used with deep tissue and sports massage
